I just turned off the beta version and all is now well. The Universal Windows installer installs browser extensions for Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera. Go to Tools > Manage add-ons > LastPass Toolbar > Enable. The performance in the beta version deteriorated to the point that it was being corrupted in less than an hour whether there was activity or not. LastPass puts you in control of your online life - making it easy to keep your critical information safe and secure so you can access it whenever you want, wherever you are. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and under 'Browsing' select Enable third-party browser extensions then click Apply > OK. Updates to the stable and developer versions of Opera have cleared up the problem for those two. While all things are possible I wouldn't put any money on LastPass being the source of the problem. Pretty sure it's last pass not opera, cause from time lastpass will ask to save user info for sites that are already saved and you JUST used lastpass to log into. I hope somebody from Opera is on the horn to the LastPass folks to tell them what they broke. Features dependent on a binary component, such as automatic logoff after idle and sharing of login state with other browsers, will not function. ![]() That seemed to work but now it's just failing for no apparent reason and very frequently.
